When a person or a company needs to buy ink, they normally go to an ink store or a retailer that sells ink. Some stores specialize in ink sales while some office supply and printing supply stores sell many kinds of inks as well. Some ink makers manufacture many kinds of inks while others may just specialize in making a few.
